Eugene’s Teen Club is open to anyone in high school (ages 14-18). We are going through our Recovering from Trauma & Relationships Cohort. Parent Permission slip required
We believe that parents play a vital role in their teens' lives, especially when navigating sensitive issues like trauma recovery and relationships. By completing this permission slip, you enable us to partner with you in caring for your teen through this program, ensuring open communication and a shared understanding of their journey within the club. This allows us to best support your teen while recognizing the importance of your ongoing involvement and guidance within your family system.
